Service Manager David Bolt exemplifies excellent customer service. The shuttle service is excellent and also well-staffed. People seem friendly there, and the dealership seems clean and well-run. I will not hesitate to return and give Kendall my highest recommendation.

Kendall Honda was great overall minus a horrible interaction with a particular salesperson who was actively trying to sell a car to another couple while I was trying to close.Great family space with toys and TV while waiting. Very nice sales manager Heather went above and beyond to rectify the situation and help us get the car we needed for an affordable price. The sales associate even took time to go over mechanical components for DIY mechanical work and maintenance.The parts center was fantastic! They gave me quotes on accessories and shipping, helped with warranty information, and was straight forward and honest. He let me know what the shop price would be as well as the DIY price. I would gladly do business with them again.
I just wanted to give a special thanks to Nick Pardy at Kendall Honda of Fairbanks Alaska who I recently negotiated a new Honda Civic EX-T for my Son. My son is currently serving in the US Army and as military parents this can be difficult at times as we often live miles away and try to help our young adults in life. Nick Pardy was outstanding in helping me on a fair price and the entire purchase process for my son. Customer service like this doesn’t get the recognition as it should and I didn’t want his superior service to go unnoticed. Our lease of a 2017 Honda Civic ended a long search for a second vehicle. When I visited the Honda/Subaru portion of the Kendall dealership, the salesperson there , Austin was very helpful, accommodating, had a good knowledge of the product. There was never any pressure to buy along the way. While the time to finalize things was a little long due to other customers that day, costs where true to what he originally gave me , and at the finance end, there were optional extras offered.We did take advantage of the one that made the most sense. We were really pleased the time Austin took to explain the features of the car . He was very thorough. He even took the time to pick me up to get the car the following Monday. Very pleased with the sales experience,and am very pleased with the car.
The staff was very nice and friendly. They answered every question that we had and was very patience with us. They even answered and question that my 4 year old asked .
