Scheduled me for a service appointment to fix a recalled airbag inflator. I showed up as scheduled. I was told they were "swamped" and rescheduled to 1.5 weeks later. No call ahead of time to notify me, so I wasted my time. Please be more communicative.--EDIT: I was called by the service manager and scheduled for the following business day. Thanks for making it right.

My wife asked me to go and trade her car in for a new Honda Pilot. She wanted a red or blue one and there wasn't any on the lot. I did notice there were two last years models and thought that she might like them because of their unique color, black forest crystal I believe. In other words dark green with metal flake. Service Manager David Bolt exemplifies excellent customer service. The shuttle service is excellent and also well-staffed. People seem friendly there, and the dealership seems clean and well-run. I will not hesitate to return and give Kendall my highest recommendation.
